How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak season or collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How should I care for my Rylee + Cru garments?
To maintain the quality of our hand-dyed fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumbling dry on low or laying flat to dry.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
