At Rylee + Cru, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping bag or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact and the package is sealed.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
